Tugendane: A Journey of Hope and Inclusion

At Vivo Energy Rwanda, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. Through our Tugendane campaign, meaning “Let’s walk together”, we are putting our commitment to care into action by supporting visually impaired children in Rwanda.

In partnership with the Jordan Foundation, Tugendane is directly supporting 400 children across Rwanda’s two dedicated schools for the visually impaired by providing school fees, white canes, and essential learning materials.

But Tugendane is more than a campaign; it’s a movement. Together with the Embassy of Japan and partners, we’ve laid the foundation for Rwanda’s third inclusive school for children with visual impairments, expanding access to education and dignity.

To further the impact, we’ve launched www.tugendane.rw a digital platform raising awareness and mobilizing donations from the public. Together, we walk toward inclusion, dignity, and opportunity, one child at a time.
